Sylvia’s newly released album “Knockin’ Around (The Lost Album)” has generated a lot of interest among fans and critics alike. This album, originally intended to be her sixth RCA album, was never released until now. The tracks were rediscovered and have been made available to the public, providing a nostalgic glimpse into Sylvia’s country music style from the 1980s. Okay, this is ONLY the cover — NOT the music yet! But, I thought I’d let you have a sneak peek. It turns out that RCA didn’t keep my photo sessions from the eighties. So, this is a photo taken in 1986 by the legendary photographer, Jim McGuire. I needed photos for a tour book I was putting together and this photo is one I used in my tour book. Also, here is the track listing for the “Knockin’ Around” album with songwriter credits.
