Chart-topping a cappella group Straight No Chaser are “Back In The High Life,” kicking off their 2021 fall tour dates tonight in Minnesota at the Mystic Lake Casino. The group, who have built a name for themselves through their holiday music, today released a deluxe edition of last year’s album Social Christmasing with two new songs, “Celebrate Me Home (with Kenny Loggins)” and “Christmas Show.”

A cappella collective Straight No Chaser rework pop megahits past and present on their third Six Pack EP. Their transformation of Jon Bellion’s heartbroken “All Time Low” excises the original’s sliced-and-diced loops but keeps its emotions running high; their revamp of Bruno Mars’ “That’s What I Like” struts and swaggers along with the beatboxers’ rhythms. A gender-flipped “Single Ladies” is a highlight of their energetic “Beyoncé Medley”, the song’s syncopated bounce adding extra oomph to the EP’s already soaring spirits.

Atlantic Records recording group Straight No Chaser has announced early details of their upcoming “One Shot Tour” with dates in the US and Europe. The European leg kicks off on September 12th at the House of Culture in Helsinki, Finland with dates through the month wrapping on September 25th at Vicar Street in Dublin, Ireland. The North American leg of the “One Shot Tour” will begin on October 26th at the Mystic Lake Showroom in Prior Lake, MN and continues through the holiday season, wrapping up on December 31st at McCaw Hall in Seattle, WA.
