The all-female, classic heavy metal band Burning Witches have only been around since 2015 but this Swiss band have already been playing fests and released their self-titled debut in 2017. Vocalist Seraina Telli brings a strong presence to Burning Witches music, inciting comparisons to Ann Wilson (Heart), Rob Halford (Judas Priest) and even Kathleen Hanna (Bikini Kill, Le Tigre etc). Produced by Schmier of Destruction, the band’s upcoming album “Hexenhammer” will be released on Nov 9 and it will be their debut on Nuclear Blast

The third album by the Swiss heavy metal band. The album was produced at the Little Creek Studio in Switzerland by V.O. Pulver (Pro-Pain, Destruction, Nervosa, Pänzer) and Destruction frontman Schmier, who helped and advised as a close friend of the band. Burning Witches – the all-female metal band – was founded during spring 2015 in Brugg, beautiful Switzerland, by guitar player Romana Kalkuhl.
