Where do you find the strength to overcome crises? How to keep your laughter when life loses humor? If you ask Patricia Kelly, the answer comes without the slightest hesitation: “My source of strength is love. My peers, my children, my great family; my faith and my songs.«

And it is precisely from this inexhaustible resource that the Irish-American singer, musician and songwriter, who already celebrated great success with her family band The Kelly Family in the 1990s, sings in the title track to her new album “Unbreakable”, which they dedicated to her husband Dennis: “We have been together for 22 years and got married in church after two years. Our love has survived the hard blows of our lives and we have kept up with each other in good times, but also in dark times. My husband is like a tree with strong roots and without him I might not have coped with the turmoil and especially the loss of important people in my environment. I don’t see myself as a particularly strong woman – I’m a fighter, yes, but there were moments when I didn’t know what to do anymore and then my husband was always there, ” Patricia said in a statement.

Eleven more songs are waiting for “Unbreakable”, of which the singer writes two together with her son Iggi: “Doll” and “Your Love”. They are also supported in songwriting by international co-authors, including their good friend Jonas Myrin (including Barbra Streisand, Andrea Bocelli, Lauren Daigle), Sky Adams (including Kylie Minogue) and the British singer-songwriter Amber van Day.
